Does the jewelry need special care?

No, the jewelry is made of sterling silver and the images are protected by a jeweler's grade sealant. You can get the jewelry wet and do not need to worry if you are wearing it during swimming or bathing. Additionally you can clean your jewelry with jewelry cleaning supplies. As with all sterling silver jewelry, regular exposure of the jewelry to sunlight and open air without regular wear will cause tarnishing to occur. It is always best to store your jewelry in a plastic bag or closed jewelry box.

Can I make special requests such as chain length, closure style etc?

Yes! Each piece is hand-made according to the specifications of your order.

How is each piece packaged?

Each dopamine jewelry item comes in a beautiful black and silver gift box with the dopamine jewelry logo. The boxes are lined with black cushion material. Additionally each piece comes with an informational card detailing the image specifics. The box which comes with a slide cover is then shipped to you in a bubble packing padded envelop.

How soon can I expect to recieve my jewelry?

As noted above each piece is handmade according to your custom order, however each piece will be shipped the following day that you order. The shipping process varies according to the shipping method selected and the location of its destination.
